Customers in the continental United States can purchase online via the Harry Winston website 24 hours a day,
seven days a week. If you have problems or need further assistance with your purchase,
please contact Customer Service, which is available Monday- Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.

ONLINE PURCHASE PAYMENT METHODS AND SALES TAX
Harry Winston accepts American Express and bank checks for payment. Harry Winston charges state, county and local tax as required by applicable law. Shipments to the following states are subject to tax:
California, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New York, and Texas.
ONLINE PURCHASE SHIPPING AND GIFT PACKAGING
Harry Winston ships all orders via Federal Express Overnight as a complimentary service to our clients.
Orders are shipped approximately 3-5 days after receiving payment.
Orders will arrive in a signature Harry Winston gift box. A gift message is created in the checkout process.
The message will be printed on a gift card with matching envelope and included with the order.

ONLINE PURCHASE SHIPPING INFORMATION
All shipments are sent via FedEx Overnight service and are fully insured at no charge to our clients.
All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.
When will your order be delivered?
Please allow 3-5 business days for shipment once payment has been received for your order
An email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number will be sent to you.
Shipping to alternate addresses
If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure to protect our clients against fraud we will
confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call
your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address
Harry Winston does not ship to P.O. Box addresses or hotels.
