The dial of the Premier Precious Love Automatic 36mm timepiece reveals a mesmerizing and dynamic composition of overlapping hearts emanating from a floral motif located in the upper half of the dial. On closer inspection, the motif reveals itself as a rose composed of heart-shaped petals pierced in the center by the hour and minute hands. And from the epicentre of the timepiece, rays of love with vibrant heart-shaped rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds emanate in all directions.

To set the stage for this charming expression of love, a gorgeous shade of pink mother-of-pearl serves as a backdrop, which in turn is veiled by a delicate layer of lace. A labor of love, the dainty lacework is cut from wafer-thin- no thicker than a hair – white mother-of-pearl revealing the iridescent pink nacre below and framing each individual gemstone to emphasize their inherent beauty.

Against this dreamy background of pink and white mother-of-pearl, Harry Winston’s expert gem-setters have worked their magic enlivening the dial with ten heart-shaped rubies and 47 brilliant-cut diamonds. Graduating in size as they reach the confines of the dial, the vivid pink heart-shaped rubies literally burst forth from the scenery, while the brilliant-cut diamonds serve as beacons adding a flare of white light to this eloquent statement of true love.

The first timepiece collection launched by the House of Harry Winston in 1989, the Premier was conceived to capture iconic codes of the famous New York jewelry brand. The diamond-set lugs emulate the shape of the imposing arched entrance to Harry Winston’s Fifth Avenue Flagship Salon. Diamonds have always had a starring role in the Premier collection and the 18-karat white gold case of the Premier Precious Love Automatic 36mm dazzles with the light of 57 brilliant-cut diamonds and an inverted diamond in the crown.

Like all the timepieces in the Premier collection, the Premier Precious Love Automatic 36mm is driven by a mechanical automatic movement equipped with a silicon balance spring to ensure superlative precision. For the first time in the history of the Premier collection, the rotor has been crafted in white gold and, echoing the sentiments expressed on the dial, features engraved hearts enriched with pink mother-of-pearl. The movement is beautifully finished with circular Côtes de Genève and can be admired through the sapphire crystal caseback.

A limited edition of 14 pieces, the Premier Precious Love Automatic 36mm is presented on a pink satin strap and is attached to the wrist with an 18-karat white gold ardillon buckle, set, as you would expect, with a flourish of 17 brilliant-cut diamonds.
